Can you buy extra water on Malaysian airline flight?

Flying from Kuala Lumpar and there's a sercurity check before gate with liquid allowance restrictions. They serve 100ml cups through out flight but this is not enough for me. Oh yeah and I'm flying to London Heathrow are the restrictions different, as the flight where they had restrictions was a domestic transfer.

You can buy bottles of water after the security check and take them on. OR you can ask the flight attendants for more water.

On most airlines, they will give you all the water you want just for the asking. You can also buy 1L and 2L bottles of water in airport shops after you pass through security.

Try to carry aboard an empty plastic water bottle and fill it after you are aboard.

@ Chuckles and Gypsyfish There's a security check AT the gate, not just to get into the general Departures area. They won't let you into the waiting area with liquids over the 100 ml limit.

What I do is bring an empty water bottle through security and then fill it up at the water fountain. The shops in the airport charge too much and I don't always want to keep bothering the flight attendants. On an international flight, the airlines should be serving liquids every few hours anyway.

  • Can I Buy An International Flight at 17? I'm 17 years old and looking to fly to the UK During my summer vacation, is it possible for me to buy a ticket and also fly alone? Would i need a consent letter saying that i'm allowed to fly? My family in the UK would also be greeting me at the airport. (I live in the US)
