Can I leave the country on probation in usa?
Like will anybody stop me at the airport if i decicded to get the tickets and just leave without telling anyone.
Bon voyage.
If you have a passport then I guess you can leave.
IF you have your passport.
You could attempt to leave the country. You might get away with it.
when you land somewhere is when you have the next issue.
That place does not have to let you in and can just send you back.
You can ask for permission to leave the jurisdiction of your probation order. It might be approved. USUALLY it is not.
Not very smart to do so without asking for permission.
I don't know whether they have an electronic list of people on probation.
It is common for a person on probation not to be allowed to leave the state without receiving express written consent from his or her probation officer. Before leaving the state or country, it is important that the defendant speaks with his or her parole officer about potential plans to see if this travel is permitted.
That's up to the terms of your probation. Most of the time travel is highly restricted.
Do you have your passport? If no, then yes you will be stopped. Applying for one will be denied when your record shows you are on probation.
If you do leave, then you will be in breach of your probation terms.
You can leave unless forbidden by court order, your passport is seized or you aren't allowed to get one.
There's a good chance that you will be denied entry to another country.
That would depend on the rules of your probation.
If it is not allowed but you go anyway expect to go to jail for probation violation upon your return

- Can I pass through Airport Security with Cooked lunch in my Carry-on/Personal during travels to the USA? I plan on making a trip to the USA for the summer, However, one of my flights has a long stop where I will be waiting for more than 10 hours until the next plane departs. As you can imagine that's a lot of waiting, and I don't want to buy the expensive food available at the airport. So is it okay to prepare a cooked meal and bring along with me? Example: Baked Chicken and Rice with steamed vegetables.
