Southwest Airlines second uncontained engine failure in a 737?
Another one today, just to remind you
It's no big deal. It's not like that happens every day, you know.
Internet rumors said The Trump was supposed to be on that flight…
Got a question?
First US airline fatality in 9 years. Thats a pretty good record.
PS Don't get a window seat in line with the engine
When we find out why the engine failed, then will be the time to assign blame.
It will be thoroughly investigated for root cause. Corrective and Preventive actions will be taken to eliminate the root cause.
Ye
Very Safe Airplane/Airline. A fluke
While it's sad that someone died, that doesn't change the fact that the B-737 family of airliners is the most popular medium range airliner in the world.
You should be made aware to the fact that they just fly these planes. The don't manufacture the planes or the engines.
- I'm booked on a boeing 737 max? I have a flight to canada from heathrow airport this sunday, and i booked to fly on a 737 max there and back, the uk airspace has banned them flying until further notice. My flight hasn't been cancelled, will they get a replacement plane? i'm flying with canada air
- Boeing 737 Baggage/Cargo Loading Sheet? I need a B737 (400+ series) loading sheet for baggage. Not the pilots sheet but the one that ramp agent leads use. I forget to photocopy some while working at the airport recently with Swissport.
- Will Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 or Bombardier C series halt Airplane production in near future? Due to Pilot shortage and electric airplanes Will regional airlines go out of business Are small airlines doomed due to pilot shortage so what are they doing to solve
- Will people stop flying southwest airlines from vegas to lax or lax to sfo due to engine failure? Will southwest airlines go bankrupt because people say first united drags people off of planes now southwest airlines is killing people because a woman died on southwest flight I don't think it is the airlines fault the pilots did great they were navy air force pilots Is southwest airlines not good and safe anymore due to engine failure and a passenger who died Is this is like a fatal crash that hasn't happened in awhile
