Which airline companies pay their future flight attendants during their training, and which airline companies are unionized?
I also wanted to know which airline companies pay their future flight attendants during their training time, as well as which ones pay for their housing whether it be at a hotel somewhere or not. And which airline companies pay their flight attendants the best and treat their employees the best?
As you want the pay not that hard to look it up.
As about 100 apply for each position it is not easy to get hired.
Suggest you apply to all that interest you. IF selected you can then compare the wages of the two or three that select you for interview and then pick the best for you.
ALL Airlines pay you after you are hired. The first few months are your training. You are a paid employee.
Most provide some sort of accommodation near the training place. Most meals and other expenses are up to you.
HINT they do not pay for your Hotel room service movies and so on.
Did you expect to start at the top wages. Did you expect to have all the benefits the first day?
There are about 300 Airlines. Care to narrow it down just a little.
What is it worth to you to fly to many large cities?
What is it worth to you to be based near your home?
What is it worth to you to be able to fly at some future date international routes if your Airline has them?
Only you can place a value on flying the one hour commuter flights to and from the hubs or the many hour long distance flights.
The first year or two at most you do not get very good schedules. Are you willing to have a disruptive few years where it is hard to plan when you will work, when you will be home and when you will have time off?

- What are the least demanding international airlines when hiring flight attendants (female)? I'm somewhat short (1,55m or 5'1ft) and have 6 tattoos (although only one is visible, a small one below my neck in my back but usually the scarf we flight attendants use hide it) so I'd like to know which airlines worldwide care less about those "shortcomings" when planning to hire a female flight attendant.
