What in your opinion is the best airline to fly within North America?
What in your opinion is the best airline to fly within North America?
Bad.
If at all possible, Alaska but they don't serve everywhere
Canadair
The one that goes from where I happen to be to where it is I desire to go.
Best for what?
Walking from from your flight to a nearby Hotel in the nearby central Business district.
Best meal in First class? Best waiting lounges?
Frequency of flights to a preferred destination?
For business regular frequent travel?
The occasional vacation flight?
Lowest Seat price?
North America covers 23 countries. Not sure if any one Airline goes to all areas of ALL of them.
WANT that special flight?
Try Netjets if you can afford them.
Xojet is reliable with nice planes available for your use to travel to and from many places.
Skyjet offers deals for planes that have empty seats for some of their one way flights.
You pay for all the seats. Could have about ten friends share the price.
It really depends on what city you are flying from and where you are going. It also depends on how much you are willing to pay for the ticket and whether or not you are open to connecting flights. Therefore with the different variables involved and how subjective each one is to each person, it is hard to really say.
Alaska Airlines has been rated as one of the best, if not the best airline in North America. However where the airline flies is mostly on the western side of the US JetBlue is pretty good as they don't oversell their seats and give decent legroom on their flights. Also they have satellite TV and unlimited snacks. However JetBlue's route network is not as strong as American, Delta or United. Out of the 3 largest US airlines, Delta has been rated the best out of the 3. Some people like Southwest because they do not charge for checked bags. That is definitely a plus. However you do not have assigned seating and unfortunately Southwest has had some bad publicity recently. I would not hesitate to board a Southwest flight, but the airline has mentioned they have lost some trust in the flying public.
I suggest you check out a website such as to see what your options are for flying between 2 cities. Then you can also check out and see what reviews people posted about their trip on different airlines.
Probably Air Canada
There are no US flagged airlines worth a damn anymore
- Do passenger air jets fly over the North Pole often on their way to other side of world (Ex. China) from North America? Was watching a documentary where someone left Canada on a passenger jet and they showed the flight going over the north pole to China would it not be kind of dangerous if they had to land and had to get out at the North pole? the cold air pressure is not too much for passengers inside?
- Will Alitalia really go out of business within a year? Their service was horrible and the plane was so old and the seats had cracks and holes. I think the entire airline and its employee should leave
- My mother is given $450 on discount airline tickets but has to use them within a year - where should we fly to from Toronto? Its $150 per person and there's 3 of us so we save a total of $450 My mother wants to visit Yellowstone I want to visit Orlando Florida My dad wants to visit Las Vegas
- Did you bring dildo in your checked baggage when you travel internationally before? What's your story in the airport? I know this is some sort of a weird and personal question, but I'm wondering if I can bring 7 inch dildo. Lol! Please don't judge? I just wanted to know if this would cause someone to ask me to open my luggage. I'm travelling to Singapore and US
