Get the coach from Heathrow - it's cheaper and a great deal less hassle than travelling into central London to get a train

National Express coach.

National Express coach. This will take 2 1/2 - 3 hours and it will take you there directly from the bus/coach station at Heathrow. This is also the cheapest way.

To go any other way will mean changing a few times because Cambridge is on the other side of London. Do it by train and it will take at least two trains - the least changes would involve Piccadilly line Underground to Kings Cross, then train from there.

Take the Underground (Subway) Piccadilly Line from Heathrow to Kings Cross Station and then a train. They are very frequent.
