How much pocket money can i bring to HKG & CEB Airport?
I'm from the us and going to cebu philippines. I want to know how much pocket money can i bring to the airport. My friends said there a limited of how much i can bring and i suck at research it.
You can take as much as you want in cash, but if you want to take in more than $10,000 in US dollars, or the equivalent in another currency, you have to declare it and they may want to know how you got that money and why you are carrying that much in cash. Unless you plan to really go wild with spending, that much ought to be enough for pocket money.
- How much money they will cut for refund fee? Or they will give me full money? Turkish airlines refused my tickets. I wanted to go Brazil to meet my wife from Dhaka Bangladesh. It was one way ticket.
- When are you supposed to declare money at the airport, when it reaches the maximum limit or exceeds it? When flying to China, the maximum amount of cash you're allowed to go through customs with is "cash equivalent to US$5,000 or above". Does that mean I have to declare $5,000 or only when it exceeds it?
- How much money would we need (my girlfriend and I) as a foreign tourist to stay a week in Baguio city, near burnham park? Please exclude flight costs and bus fare into Baguio from the Manilla airport. Just lodging, food, and in city transportation.
- Will I get in trouble at the airport if I try to bring 14 hawthorn berry capsules with me to the airport in my pill box? I also plan on bringing garlic capsules and coenzyme Q10 capsules both those two are not controlled substances. I was told that hawthorn might be a controlled substance. I'm flying from Canada to Cuba if that matters.
