How much money they will cut for refund fee? Or they will give me full money?

Turkish airlines refused my tickets. I wanted to go Brazil to meet my wife from Dhaka Bangladesh. It was one way ticket.

I don't know what you mean by refused your tickets? Were you not allowed to fly to Brazil because you did not have the proper documentation? That would be your fault, not the airline's.
If you just decided not to take the trip, again, not the airline's problem.
More than likely, your ticket was nonrefundable. You may be able to get credit minus a fee for a future trip but you would need to contact the airline.

What do you mean by "refused my tickets"?
If they refused to sell you any tickets then you would not have paid anything in the first place.
Alternatively, did you turn up at the airport without the necessary documentation to leave/re-enter the country? If you did that then they will most likely refund you nothing in the first pace.

They won't refund you anything - if you weren't allowed to travel to Brazil, it's on you (they'll be fined if they fly you out and you aren't allowed in the country)

So, are you going to let us in on the big secret why Turkish Airlines "refused your tickets" and if those tickets were refundable or not? If you don't, any answer you get here would just be a guess.

When you buy your tickets you have to agree to fine print that you meet the visa requirements. I'm fairly certain Brazil requires most travelrs to produce a outbound ticket, if you just had a one way ticket then Turkish airlines would be right in refusing to let you fly. So not they will not comp you. Try it again with a round trip ticket and proper documents.
