Where to pick up luggage at Haneda Airport for International to International transfer
Hi, I'm a Philippine passport holder (not eligible for japan pass), i'm just wondering do i have to get pass the immigration just to get my luggage? Because I will be staying in haneda airport for a 16 hour layover (overnight). Thus, I have to pick up my bag because the airport will not keep it overnight. And re check it in the morning.
