No, you're forced to eat the 'bathroom bowels' off your seat while the passengers applaud.

They do have restrooms on planes.

Not normally.

The best you may expect is that they will allow you to jump a queue for the on-board lavatory so that you can wipe yourself clean and dispose of soiled underwear, and then provide you with paper towels so you can clean your own filth from your seat.

Obviously if the situation occurs because a passenger has fallen seriously ill during a flight then a different approach may be necessary where more assistance is provided.

In both cases, if there are any spare unoccupied seats on board, they will not be offered to you but to those sitting either side of you.

'Bathroom bowels'?
What a quaint expression.
Unless you are ill, there's no reason why you should do anything of the kind. You should get up and go to the toilet BEFORE you desperately need to.
