How does a stop over work in Hanoi?

Hi! I'm about to fly from Sydney - Hanoi - London and i'm a bit worried about the stop over because I don't know what to do… Do I have to go to customs? Do I just go straight to the gate?
if someone could maybe make like a detailed list of how it works e.g 1. Get of plane… 2. Go through customs… Or however it works. It would be so appreciated…
i'm only staying there for 3 hours so I will stay in the airport… Go to the lounge or whatever.

A stop over means YOU DON'T LEAVE the AIRPORT. You wait for your NEXT PLANE and LEAVE. There are NO customs… No passports… No visas… NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD.

Generally you would use flight connections as a transit passenger and would not go through customs or immigration in Hanoi, just move through the airside area yo your next flight. As long act you are travelling on a single booking, your hold baggage will be through checked to London. 3 hours is long enough to reach your onward flight.

  • Will people stop flying southwest airlines from vegas to lax or lax to sfo due to engine failure? Will southwest airlines go bankrupt because people say first united drags people off of planes now southwest airlines is killing people because a woman died on southwest flight I don't think it is the airlines fault the pilots did great they were navy air force pilots Is southwest airlines not good and safe anymore due to engine failure and a passenger who died Is this is like a fatal crash that hasn't happened in awhile
  • How does checked-in baggage work with layover/multiple airlines? Will be flying to Romania. I start with Iberia Airlines and layover in Barcelona for about 2 hrs. Then I fly to Bucharest with Blue Air. Normally when flying with layovers, it's one airline so I know it's forwarded to my final destination. But this is my first itinerary where I switch airlines at my layover; would that mean my baggage is forwarded to Blue Air anyways, or do I need to pick it up and check it in a second time?
  • Can a 13 year old travel over seas without The accompanied minor form, or would the airports stop me? I'm 13, flying to albania. I want to use Norwegian airlines they say that 12-15 year olds don't need the unapomponied minor form but I don't want to end up stuck anywhere. Does anyone know if the airports would stop me from boarding the flights?
  • How does an international layover at ATL airport work? This is my first time having a layover on my way back from an international vacation. We're flying Aruba to ATL with a 1 hour 14 minute layover then ATL to MSP. How does this process work? We go through customs but will we have to recheck bags or go through security again?
