How can I find my gate at LAX?
I'm connecting from LAX to Raleigh, NC from Vancouver (YVR). My airline will be Westjet. I don't need to change terminals. How can I find my gate?
Look on the TV screens all over the terminal
Look at your airline app on your phone or the airline's webpage (the flight status section or your reservation)
Look at your boarding pass
Your phrasing is confusing. Are you flying from LAX to YVR to Raleigh (which is a crazy routing)? Because that is the only way that you are going to be on a Canadian airline the entire way. If you flying YVR to LAX to Raleigh, you aren't on Westjet the entire way. Foreign airlines can't operate between two US cities, unless it is the same flight and you aren't changing planes. It could be a codeshare and you are changing to a US airline at LAX.
No, I'm flying from Vancouver to LA. I have a short layover at LAX. I will be flying from there to Raleigh, NC.
Read your ticket, read the reader board, ask an airport employee.
Your boarding pass will give you the gate number. The signs in the airport will tell you how to get to it.
Follow the signs in the airport…
The boarding pass (which you will get before your first flight) may have your gate number on it. If it does not, then you can look at the electronic monitors in the airport; find departures, find your destination city, and then find your flight number.
Gates are very clearly marked, so just follow the signs to the one you need.
You are not flying WestJet from Los Angeles to Charlotte.
WestJet doesn't fly to Charlotte from Los Angeles.
I hope you got a really cheap flight if you are spending 5 hours from Toronto to LA and another 5 hours from LA to Charlotte, instead of flying direct to Charlotte.
If you can read, which I assume you can, you can find your way to your gate. Airports are incredibly well signposted. Just stand still and look around until you see the board giving that information.
- Can I move between terminals at LAX? My brother has a United flight and I have a Delta in the domestic travel area. We're heading to the same location but want to have dinner together in the airport. Am I able to move between terminals?
- I purchased a flight through costco for American Airlines how can I find out if I have basic economy? I recently went on another trip and it was very clear I was purchasing basic economy tickets, but through costco I'm not sure. My last trip it said "Economy B" but for this ticket when I look online it just says Economy. I'm wondering if I can bring a bag and a personal bag.
- Will people stop flying southwest airlines from vegas to lax or lax to sfo due to engine failure? Will southwest airlines go bankrupt because people say first united drags people off of planes now southwest airlines is killing people because a woman died on southwest flight I don't think it is the airlines fault the pilots did great they were navy air force pilots Is southwest airlines not good and safe anymore due to engine failure and a passenger who died Is this is like a fatal crash that hasn't happened in awhile
- How can I find a good deal to travel to these places? So i'm planning a trip to either DC or New York City for the summer. I want to stay there two days. I want just travel for fun. I have been looking at the airlines official webpage. I noticed that it seems better if I get a package that includes the roundtrip flight and hotel. How much is too much for either places? Package deals for DC goes up to $1000 and the same for New York.
