Which airline allows buying ticket for someone else who is not accompanying?
All of them, if bought and paid for online pretty much. You just put in the passenger name and their information.
I've never tried at a ticket counter, and the passenger must have government issued ID to get through security.
All of them. I buy tickets all the time for my family members. They just need to have their own IDs when they go to use the ticket.
If you're talking about buying a ticket for a US military member you met online, who claims to need a ticket to return home, DON'T DO IT! It's a well-known scam.
Any airline will allow you to do this
All airline will allow you to do this. Not wishing to pry but I will assume you are buying for a friend or family member, and not just someone who is visiting you and has not got the funds. There are still a good many scams going on where you get promise of payment on arrival, only to find they are not who they said they were
- Is the 1 card which allows you to collect all airmiles from different airlines? UK? Very new to the whole airmiles points however I take a lot of journeys from England to New Zealand and wondered if I could collect the points and maybe spend it on first class which would be great. Is there one credit card that collects airmiles for every airline. Or do you have to collect air miles from separate airlines and spend them on the same airline?

- Must I change terminals or do anything else while traveling the same airline the whole journey? I plan on taking an exclusively Delta flight from Birmingham Shuttlesworth to Bangor international and I'm worried about having to change terminals or go through security again when i stop for my layovers in Atlanta and JFK International, or if i can keep layovers shorter by being able to remain in the same terminal through the whole journey. Thank you for your time and help, and have a great day!

I'm trying to contact someone who I dropped off at the airport, they left their phone and everything here with me and by now they're already in the air.
