1972. That's where it is. If you are seeking it, access a time machine.

Flapping your arms and flying someone where they need to be yourself

Watching other people's babies is above and beyond.

So what's your question.

Delta was pretty good. I have not flown very much but I can say that Delta Airlines was better then United although I do have to give United credit for booking us on Delta. One of that gate agents for United was pretty good there at MCI/KCI but the other lady was a little rude. Anyways, Delta supplied us with free games and snacks when our flight got delayed unlike United who put us all day on standby and never gave us a free cracker. That was nice but we ended up getting a flight later that day. Back to the story they where more sympathetic and nicer. So like I said I have no flown much but I have had a good experience with Delta.

I have a few stories of people whom I thought went above and beyond in customer service. In 1996 when we were at LAX, we had a long wait. The ticket agent at United told us since we had some time to kill to go up to the observation deck of the Theme Building. It was really a great view of the airport and I was able to get a lot of pictures of airplanes.

Second story would be Air Canada in 2017. We had a flight going to Beijing out of Toronto and the Boeing 777-300 had well over 300 passengers. The lines were really long an hour before it was time to board. Then we heard our name being paged overhead. They said we could board early because our son has a peanut allergy and they told us to go first so we could wipe down the tables and get settled in early.
