What airlines can 15 year Olds fly alone depart Pittsburgh to SAT.Roundtrip?

They can fly alone on all the airlines, but you may have to pay an extra fee.

My grandson flew alone this summer; he is 14. The ONLY airline that would allow him to fly alone without paying approx $150 extra each way was Southwest.

Any airline that flies there.

The flying part is allowed.

Buying the ticket and checking in is done with an ADULT.

CHILDREN do not get to wander the world at their will.

Anyone including children of three can FLY alone.
The hard part is arranging all the essential details like buying a ticket, getting you to the airport, checking you in and having an adult escort you onto the plane.
Then all of this in reverse at your destination.
Actually FLYING is easy: you just sit there.

All airlines will allow a 15-year-old to fly alone. At 15, you would not be required to use Unaccompanied Minor service either. I believe that at least Southwest, United, and Delta, and American all provide service from PIT to SAT.

However, you still need an adult to purchase the ticket. No airline will let you purchase a ticket and fly without an adult being aware and part of the process.

Mostly you can travel on any airline on this route, there are no direct flights, so it would mean a change at another city.

Any airline that flies that route
but you need your parents written permission
to fly

As long as you have your pilots' licence, you can fly alone to wherever you like.
