Can I wear a period pad going through airport security? I have been freaking out about this?!
I can't imagine why you would think you couldn't. Thousands of women on their periods pass through security checkpoints every day of the year.
Yes, not a big deal at all. They do not trigger anything, and the security agents see that kind of thing all the time.
This is a normal thing that females on occasion are required to have.
It is not something unfamiliar to ADULTS that work a security check point.
Suggest you worry about other stuff during the screening process. Security does not really care which day of your monthly cycle is taking place.
Yes. No-one cares, it won't get commented on or noticed.
Of course you can. When you are at the airport arond 20% of all the adult women you see will be wearing pads or tampons.
- Can I pass through Airport Security with Cooked lunch in my Carry-on/Personal during travels to the USA? I plan on making a trip to the USA for the summer, However, one of my flights has a long stop where I will be waiting for more than 10 hours until the next plane departs. As you can imagine that's a lot of waiting, and I don't want to buy the expensive food available at the airport. So is it okay to prepare a cooked meal and bring along with me? Example: Baked Chicken and Rice with steamed vegetables.
- I purchased a flight through costco for American Airlines how can I find out if I have basic economy? I recently went on another trip and it was very clear I was purchasing basic economy tickets, but through costco I'm not sure. My last trip it said "Economy B" but for this ticket when I look online it just says Economy. I'm wondering if I can bring a bag and a personal bag.
- Can a phone without a back be allowed through airport security? Will my phone without a back cover (everything on the back is visible) be allowed through airport security on too my plane?
- Asthma suffers do you have any problems taking your inhalers through Airport security? I'm off to Canada tomorrow from Heathrow and I have packed two inhalers in my hand luggage, they are in a clear re-sealable bag, I don't have the original box or prescription. Should this cause any issues? Has anyone else had any issues getting inhalers through Airport security?
