How much should a decent round trip airline ticket cost?
A round trip airline ticket from Columbus, Ohio to Orlando, Florida, flying coach or economy? I don't fly enough to know a genuinely good price from a "too good to be true" or too expensive. Trying to decide whether it's worth it to just drive.
Drive you have to have a car in Orlando. Its a very short drive
$200 and below would be a very good price (looks like you can get reasonable flights on southwest for around $200)
$200 - $300 is probably going to be the typical price range unless you want to fly at the busiest times
ONLY you can place a value on your time that is not at destination.
Your journey to and from destination can be part of your adventure. Take two routes to see a little more.
You could go by bus/train if you do not want to drive. Remember at each end of your journey add in the cost to get to and from Airport.
A reasonable fare is from $200 to $300 that CHEAP seat has extra fees for things like luggage.
Travel mid week for best price.
It will vary according to your dates of travel and how far in advance you book your ticket. A good deal for me may not be a good deal for you, so that's completely subjective, and we can't tell you what would be a good price. I'm usually happy with anything in the $200-250 range or less.
- Why are American Low Cost airlines very good compared to European Low cost airlines? Hi. Ryanair and Easy jet suck in Europe. I was so impressed by JetBlue and South West in the US. They were just like legacy major airlines
- What is the cheapest a ticket to South Korea can cost? (from florida)? So i was searching for airline tickets to south korea and most of them are like a thousand dollars… I was wondering if there's any way to find them cheaper than that… What are the best travel websites to use?
- I noticed a complete round trip airline ticket is cheaper than one way? I see one way tickets for $300 while round trips are $225. I'm not certain when I'd return, so would there be some kind of penalty for buying the cheaper round top ticket. Then after I fly there, cancel my return trip. And just by a ticket when I decide to return?
- Can you use only the return portion of a round trip plane ticket? I have a trip booked in October and I need to change the day I leave from Sunday to Saturday. It is a basic fare so I can't make any changes. I think the least expensive work around is for me to buy another 1-way ticket leaving on Saturday, and using the return portion of my original ticket. Does anyone know if you can do this? I tried to call the airline but they are slammed with calls due to the incoming hurricane…
