How to not be scared of going through a flight for the 1st time at the airport alone?

Pray. Look up Philippians 4:6-8.

Air travel is safe.
86,486,486 miles/death by car
7,875,228,000 miles flown per year in USA
There has been nine deaths in the USA in air accidents in 10 years.
It is safer to fly in a plane than ride in a car.
Your trip to and from the airport is more dangerous than the plane ride.
The biggest issue is about delays. Planes will not take off unless it is safe and air traffic delays at one place mean the plane is late all day and night.

You need to follow procedures through security and get to where the plane is boarding. Sometimes, the location is changed. If anyone is meeting you at the destination, they need to be aware of delays and there are web sites that track planes like Flightaware and flightview. I've flown many times.

Arrive early so you can take your time getting through security and making your way to the gate.

If you're not afraid to go to a shopping mall, there's no reason to be afraid of going to an airport.

Give yourself plenty of time at the airport so that you aren't stressed out trying to make it to your flight on time. There are very clear signs in the airport, so it's very hard to get lost or turned around. Air travel itself is very safe.

It's perfectly normal to be afraid. Try learning the math and physics of what makes planes fly. Amazing stuff!

It's natural to be a little nervous about something you haven't done before, but there's absolutely NO need to be 'scared' of going through the airport alone. Hundreds of others will be doing it for the first time too, but you won't know it, and they won't know you are either.
If you allow PLENTY of time, and if you can read and speak, there will be NO situation that you can't handle.
At every stage, ASK 'Where do I go next?' - and GO there! Airports are clearly signposted, but if you get confused, you can ASK.
