I'm book a flight ticket on american airline but now I'm not ready to travel and now I don't know the how I change flight ticket. So can any one tell me. To change my flight ticket.

Pull up your reservation on aa.com and find the link to change it--it should be close to the top of the page once you pull it up.
If that doesn't work, the phone number for reservations is on the site as well. Call them and I'm sure they will be happy to take your money to change your ticket.
