Is it harmful to pass your dog under airport x-ray machine?
I'm going
I hope this is a joke. Your dog doesn't go through the x-ray machine. If you are taking your dog into the cabin, the dog's carrier will go through but you will take your dog through security with you.
Your dog will not be put through the x-ray machine.
No, not at all. Passing the dog through the airport x-ray machine will not harm the x-ray machine.
Only if he's intercepted.
Before people understood X-rays better there was a chin of shoe
stress nationwide USA. Where customers could see the bones
of feet if fitted into leather products. Ill health followed. That's
why X-ray lab workers shield you with lead pads to deter valid
radiation exposure risks. Animals do not have legal protection
equal to humans
Animals do NOT go through x-ray scanning. They undergo visual inspection along side a physical inspection of the kennel. See links.

- Bringing a CPAP machine through security at Frankfurt Airport? My wife and I are going to Germany later this year. She has to use a CPAP machine. We've never had any trouble flying domestically with it here in the US Is there anything special to do with it when going through security in Frankfurt for our flight back to the US or should it be as easy as it is here in the States? We're on Delta Airlines, if that matters at all.
