Will airlines no longer hire 2 pilots due to single pilot airliner?
Because of that I can't get enough sleep I worry people like my friends age and my nephew's age kids will never be airline pilots
Just hope someone address pilot shortage in America because I rely on air travel because it is faster I reach my destination quickly
I just hope single pilot airliner never happen because I would not trust a robot and I do not trust a single pilot airliner I hope there will be enough pilots because I hope children like my nephews age 4 through 21 will b3 be pilots single pilot airliner not safe but 2 pilot airliner is safe
Because you can't rely on computers because they fail sometimes
That is why I feel safe with 2 pilots on board
Future safety troll strikes yet again…
What are you babbling on about?
I'm guessing that within our lifetime we'll see self-flying planes. They're already mostly self flying anyways. The pilot is only needed for taxiing, take off, and landing. >95% of the time, the plane is on auto-pilot which keeps the plane on a level, straight course towards the destination.
Also if you look at the past crashes they were almost always due to pilot error - human error. Not the computers.
In the meantime, planes will become larger and more efficient meaning the demand for pilots will stay the same, if not decrease.
1) Relax. There aren't going to be any single pilot airplanes operated by the airlines in the foreseeable future.
2) If you can't get enough sleep worrying about something like that, then I shouldn't tell you that your chance of dying of chronic heart disease is 1 out of 3. Your chance of dying from cancer is 1 in 25. Your chance of accidental death is 1 in 96
3) Your chance of being reported for trolling is 100%.
Sleep well, dumbass.
If you are old enough to fly unaccompanied, it's doubtful that you will see single pilot airliners in your lifetime.
- Will people stop flying southwest airlines from vegas to lax or lax to sfo due to engine failure? Will southwest airlines go bankrupt because people say first united drags people off of planes now southwest airlines is killing people because a woman died on southwest flight I don't think it is the airlines fault the pilots did great they were navy air force pilots Is southwest airlines not good and safe anymore due to engine failure and a passenger who died Is this is like a fatal crash that hasn't happened in awhile
- As a Canadian can I stay in a European country longer than my flight layover on the way to an Asian country? E.g. Leaving the Frankfurt airport as a stopover and staying in the city for a week before resuming the rest of the flight to Asia?
- Is there any way that I can hire someone to force the San Antonio International Airport to permanently shut down? I need to stop having my ears, heart, and mind blown out by the extremely loud, low-flying planes that practically hit my roof every minute (including in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep)!
