What are some places that look like airports?
I need a place to film for a film class that could pass off as an airport. Any places with escalators, huge glass windows or anything that looks similar would be helpful
Maybe a shopping mall.
You mean as an airport terminal. A bus depot?
Malls would be perfect.
Airports
I would have said mall as well since they usually have escalators and large windows.
- Why don't airports use steam catapults and transverse arrestor cables, like they do on aircraft carriers, for extra short take-off & landing? 1. Airports could be pretty tiny with runways no longer than a football field 2. Takeoff and landing (takeoff especially) would be *much* more exciting 3. Airlines could charge people more money because the experience would be much more fun 4. It would save a lot of fuel with much less taxiing around the airfield, and much less fuel used during the takeoff phase
- What are some good areas that are suburban like near the Newark airport in New Jersey? My boyfriend recently got a job with Port Authority, but he lives 70 miles currently from the airport, now he's looking at apartments near the place, but not directly in Newark. He basically wants something that's less that's less than a 40 mile drive, a good area. My boyfriend and me are not from Jersey, so we have no idea what's a good area.
- What will commercial planes look like in near future like 2 years from now? Will hybrid airliner be mainstream widespread in our lifetime will hybrid airplanes mean the end of boeing 737 and Airbus a320 production will airlines stop buying fuel efficient planes like boeing 737 max airbus a320neo
- Do you know why some stores at airport ask for boarding pass? Do you know why some stores at airport ask for boarding pass when buying stuff even chocolates, candies or foods? That happened to me when I was in Amsterdam airport.
