Ridesharing Apps in Canada?
I know in the US the ridesharing apps are UBER and LYFT
What are the ridesharing apps in Canada? I will be flying there and I need a ride from Vancouver Airport to the Motel that I booked.
I'll bet Uber operates there.
Uber is permitted to operate in Toronto (I wouldn't if I were you, but that's just me), but not Vancouver (Lyft is not permitted either). Luckily Vancouver Airport has these things that are called "taxi cabs" that are quite literally queued up ready to take you where you need to go! They're operated by licenced drivers who have a legal licence to operate a cab!

- What is the usual flight path for airliners flying from London GB to Vancouver, Canada; or Seattle USA? Is it due west across the Atlantic ocean and the American Continent, or due north and across the Arctic regions. A flat map would suggest a transatlantic route but as the real earth is a sphere a transpolar route could well be quicker. Also routes to other airports in the west of Canada and America.
- Baggage and connecting flights on the same airline - Air Canada? I have a connecting flight, both the same airline - Air Canada, from Trinidad and Tobago to Canada and then to Rome. Will Air Canada transport my luggage directly to Rome or will I have to collect and re-check my luggage in Canada for the connecting flight? If I'm paying for a 2nd checked luggage will I have to pay the fee twice? I emailed the airline but I'm asking here while I wait for a response.
