Will it be a problem to take my teddy polar bear on a flight from East midlands airport to Lansarote?
He s not very big- about the same size as a small baby. I'm fretting we might have to leave him behind or they might cut him open.
1. Buy a plane seat for the bear.
2. Put bear in box and check with luggage.
3. FedEx bear
I'm a grown man and I travel with plush animals all the time. Just cover up the sph
Honestly, no one is going to bat an eyelid at your polar bear, it won't get cut open unless you've hidden anything inside!
They don't cut the teddy bear
it will go through the x ray machine
Only if you promise your bear will not try to hijack and take over the plane and demand strawberry ice-cream.
Yes.
Best to ask the airline direct. Also good to check with the immigration authorities in Lanzarote, it would be a shame if it the teddy bear is allowed on the flight only to be refused entry to Lanzarote.
- I did an interview for Delta airlines and in the video interview I accidentally said American Airlines? Has anyone else had this problem? I caught it very quickly and said delta immediately and kept saying delta in the other answers. Do you think it can cost me the next step of the process?
- If i take a connecting flight, do i have to check in my luggage twice? I've never flown before so I don't know much about flying, if I take a connecting flight, do I have to pick up my luggage and check it in again when I arrive at the connecting airport? Or does it go directly to my final destination? (sorry if this question seems dumb)
- Diverted Flights Flights from Birmingham & East Midlands? To Edinbro and Newcastle. Barmy when LEEDS/BRADFORD AIRPORT is open with NO SNOW! Passengers having to travel by bus back to the midlands when other airports in the north of England can take them
- Problem flying with a samourai sword? In 1999, I flew from UK to Portugal with a samourai sword (value: $15,000! - and I have the skills to use it). It was taken (with as mile) to the flight deck, and returned to me in Faro airport. As a pilot, I often flew with TAP, in the jump seat. Since 9-11, things have changed… Now… How can I air travel to, say, China, Japan, or even UK, with that weapon?
