Too short to become a airline pilot?

Hello i'm 22 Female, African American 5"0 1/2, I've always wanted a career in aviation for the experience, love for aviation and to give the passengers a enjoyable flight. I thought about becoming a airline pilot. Because of my height i'm pressuming id benefit from working for a regional carrier such as Mesa Airlines, Compass Airlines, DBA Endeavor etc. Before I even consider this as a career field am i too short to meet the qualifications of a airline pilot?

Yes, not even a chance of it. Have you considered the exciting careers in Fast Food?

You might be able to do it, they can always put something on the seat to make it higher so you can see what's going on better, i don't see why they can't do that, i'm 4ft5 myself so you have a better chance than me to be a pilot

There ARE NO height restrictions to earning a pilot's license. If you can reach the pedals with your feet and still see over the top of the instrument panel, you can fly airplanes. If you are concerned about AIRLINE hiring standards, then maybe you should talk to the airlines.
