How come multi-city destinations can't be booked as one itinerary, or can it?

Tried Kayak and it qouldnt allow it to be one itinerary, ones throug Justfly and the other was American Airlines.

You can. Have you ever heard of this wonderful new device called a "telephone"? Try CALLING, rather than going online to do this, and maybe ask them to pass on to online booking sites that this feature would be appreciated.

We just flew JFK to Barcelona; got in a stunning ship for a week plus; got off at Lisbon; flew to the Azores; then flew back to JFK. One booking. Did it online.

I don't get why anybody uses third party travel sites but hey… United just has a button that says "multi city" and you just keep entering where you want to go.

Re comments: We will never do business with Travelocity again. And that, is that.

You can book multi-city itineraries

AA.com home page has the big square where you select round trip/one way/redeem miles.
Right below the search button is the link for: Advanced / Multi-city search

On Kayak: where you search it default to "round trip" but right beside that is a down arrow. Select the down arrow and it will give you the multi-city option.

Kayak does this. I do it all the time. On the home Flight Search screen there's a drop down to select 'Round-Trip', 'One-Way', or 'Multi-city'. AA.com has that option as well.

If you're having difficulty, why not visit a travel agent instead? This is what they DO.

They can be. On Kayak, you select Multi-city from the pull down menu where it says Round-trip. You can also select One-way there.

They can. Travel agents do it all the time.

Never had a problem as long as it the same airline or a code share
