Can you go to school while being an airline pilot simultaneously?
Can you go to school while being an airline pilot simultaneously?
If you have enough free time.
In a traditional classroom setting, no. Through an online "distance learning" or "correspondence course" program", yes. In the United States, however, it's very difficult to obtain an airline job without a college education, at least to the Associates Degree level.
Hi No that is not possible.
Yes
Batchelor's.
- I'm currently a sophomore in high school and I'm thinking of becoming a pilot? I want to become a pilot for an airline or something similar and I was wondering what colleges/universities are best for that career. Since I've recently decided on it, i don't know much about planes or anything that has to do with being a pilot. What are some things I could do to learn more about it and what are some requirements to be a pilot
- I missed my flight, the airline is being difficult, can anyone So the airline is saying that I had enough time to catch my connecting flight, how ever my luggage is still at the airport. Wouldn't it have been transferred to the connecting flight if I had enough time?
- Can I become an airline pilot for a major airline if I go to college for a computer science degree (Bachelors Degree)? And also why is their so much debt in order to be a airline pilot? Is it because of people choosing the "go to college for aviation" sort of route?
- Is becoming a regional airline pilot one of the few great jobs that you can have without a college degree? Many regional airlines don't require college degrees. Is becoming an E-170 or CRJ700 captain much better than working as a bus driver or a carpenter? You think sleeping at Motel 6s or Motel 8s and drinking that free coffee is bad? It would be a very nice treat for bus drivers or people with other jobs that they could find with no degree. I would be honored to sleep at Motel 6 or Motel 8 for free. At least it is much better than hostel or Airbnb.
