RyanAir: If you don't have check-in bag, do I need to go to directly to passport control?

When they check the size, the weight of the baggages?
- Is it before passport control, in RyanAir desk (check-in desk or baggage drop-off desk) or is it before boarding?

I tried to contact with their customer care twice but they don't give a damn. They are asking me to go to airport and ask someone there. It is my first time I'm using a low cost airline. I usually enjoy high cost airlines for long trips, but I have like 40 minutes of trip so I don't need to pay tons of money for 40 minutes of trip.

If you DO NOT have a check in bag. It is not checked or weighed anywhere as you do not have one.
You the human do need to check in for your flight.
You check in BEFORE you do anything else.
As you have no luggage WHY would you go to the baggage drop off desk.
WHY do you think low cost Airlines have some special passport control that other Airlines do not have.

They are asking me to go to airport and ask someone there. A VERY GOOD ANSWER for a vague question.

As you have not said which Airport you are using and your destination Airport just remember every Airport on the planet does not have exactly the same arrangement of counters and places to do stuff before you get on a plane.

Passport Control and the security check for boarding planes are two different things.

Accepting baggage is BEFORE passport control. If you have checked in online and have no check-in bag, then you don't need check-in and can go straight to security.

Ryanair do not have customer care. They have something called "customer care" which is really "go away and don't bother us". Ideally they don't want customers talking to them at all. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole experience puts you off ever using them again.
