Do you prefer night flights or day flights?
I prefer night flights. The view of all the city lights and cars passing by below is so relaxing and I love the way airports are all lit up at night.
Night flights
Night flights for sure
Nope, that, s jok within the question or you asked, when you were hungry!
I like red-eyes. I kinda like to hit the ground running.
I fly to Alaska a lot and a lot of flights arrive during the overnight hours.
I like getting there at 2 or 3 am, enjoying a cup of coffee, planning my day and arriving at Snow City Cafe or Gwenies Old Alaska right when they open.
I also like catching a late flight to and from las vegas.
Night flights for long distance. Early morning flights for anything less than 4 hours.
I would prefer early morning flights especially during the summer months. As the day goes on, the chances of thunderstorms and flight delays increase. Also I like daytime flights because I want to be able to see out the window, especially when I want to get pictures of the airport I'm flying into and out of.
Night flights have less turbulence
My usual flight is to Asia from the US so parts will be night, parts will be day time.
My favorite one leaves Houston at just after Midnight, and with the normal stops layovers I get to my destination about 30 hours later
When flying east over an ocean (such as from Honolulu to the continental US, or the US To Europe), I prefer night flights. When flying west, I prefer daytime flights. It seems to make a difference as far as travel fatigue is concerned.
If you ever flew over New York City((from Baltimore to Boston)) on a clear night at 25,000 feet, you will know the answer
- I'm taking a 6am flight out of KCI airport and will be arriving the night before. Can i stay in the airport before my flight? I'm taking a 6am flight out of KCI airport and will be arriving the night before. Can i stay in the airport before my flight?
- Airports - what do you do when a porter asks you for your passport in order to take you to the front of the line? So, you're waiting in a long line at the airport and an airport employee comes up and assertively asks you if he can take you to the front of the line. He then asks you for your passport in order to do so. Has this ever happened to you? How do you respond?
