I have a CFO sticker on my old passport, got it when I was 11 y/o. Now I'm 2 months away from being 18, what should I do?

I have read that once the Commision on Filipino Overseas sticker/certificate is issued, its validity is forever. However when I got mine, I was 11 years old and went to Manila for the seminar only to be told that it wasn't required for me yet. I got my sticker in the airport the day of our departure. Now, that sticker is in my old passport and I'm flying again with a different visa (I've flown to and from my parents place on tourist visas before). My concern is now that I'm near the legal age, is there a need for me to go to the seminar and get a new or transfer that CFO sticker to my present passport? And what are the requirements, if ever?

Any help would be appreciated. We re on the process of finalizing everything.

Keep your old passport stapled to the back of the new passport so they can see that you already have it.
