My passport photo is so ugly but I just got it?
My passport that I renewed just came in the mail, and the photo is so ugly. I waited four weeks for it and am going on vacation next week. I'm so mad at myself. My face looks so big and it's just plain ugly. I'm embarrassed when I go to the airport. People might laugh when they see my photo. It's really really ugly. What do I do?
Nobody cares but you. The Immigration folks see ugly pictures all the time. I just got my 5th passport and for the first time it has an UGLY picture. So what? (The picture on my driver's license is terrific, though:-)

Grow up. With all the issues in the world you are upset about your passport picture? Why didn't you get one to your liking before you sent it in? We always take our own.
Are you sure enough you're old enough to have your own passport?
Nobody at the airport gives a whether your passport photo is flattering or not - they only care if it looks like you.
Well like it or not that's the real you.
No beautification mode or soft lighting for passport photos. They want to see everything.
The customs officials who'll be looking at your passport don't care what your picture looks like as long as it looks like you.
You can grow a brain and get over it. So you went somewhere to take the photo. Yes? Why wasn't it a problem then? The place asked you if it was acceptable. Yes? If not its ok. They handed it to you to pay. Yes? So it still wasn't a problem. You went home with said pictures, Yes? So you still thought the pictures were fine. You even went as far as sending them in with your application. Yes? So at what point did you think they were ugly? Oh thats right, it had to be the passport agency.
Who cares? You have enough money to travel right? That's good enough for them.
- My flight got moved to the next morning after I waited in the airport for 7 hours. Do I have a chance at a successful complaint? It was pouring outside, and the flight got delayed heavily. When it finally got there 5 hours later, the pilots said they were done for the day, and they moved the flight to early the next day. Of course, I chose to get the full refund and bail on the flight. Should I complain? (The airline is United)

Does anyone have any experience with this or think it will be an issue? I called the travel agency and they told me they could not do anything to correct the middle name. I was also thinking about bringing another form of ID like a birth certificate or social security card to be safe.
