About 2:00 am to arrive approx 2 hours before flight, and allowing a little time for problems along the way. Better early than late.

The night before. Stay at a hotel near the airport and take the hotel shuttle. Arrive around 3:45

That trip should only be about an hour, or a little more, at that early hour. But you should be in the airport about 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one. So you want to be in the airport (not parking your car) between 3-4 am. So you probably want to leave your house between 1-2 am. I myself would leave the night before and stay at a nearby hotel.
