How are flights to foreign countries from some international airports announced in different languages, is it translated or spoken itself?

In some international airports, such as London Heathrow, flights to countries that speak other languages, are said once in English, the official language of the UK, and then once in another language if that country speaks a different language. Is it recorded and translated or spoken by the person itself. Also, its done right after its said in English.

Added (1). I mean if the flight when announced in the language other than the native language, is recorded and translated or spoken itself.

Generally most international airports will announce them in several languages the native language. English and any other appropriate language

The majority of airports will not use any language except that of the country where the airport is located.

In the airports, the announcements are made in English and the language of the country the airport is in, not necessarily in that order. On the plane, the language is usually that of the home of the airlines. So on Air France flights, announcements are usually in French first, and then English. They don't usually try to accommodate all the possible languages of the passengers. Announcements have been in English in every airport I've been in, since that's the international language of air travel, although it's not necessarily understandable.
