Which airline is better to fly from atlanta to newark? Delta or united airlines?

If you are concerned about money, the cheaper one.
If you are concerned about schedule, the one that has a non-stop that fits into your schedule best.
If you are trying to build up frequent flyer miles on a particular airline, then that factors in as well.

There isn't much difference between the two, especially for a short flight like that.

Not enough difference to matter on that short of a flight.

The one that will get me to EWR at the time I want at the price I'm willing to pay

Since this is a relatively short flight they are basically the same, However, for personal preference I would give the edge to Delta. But if the schedule and/or price for United was significantly better I would go United.

Depending on exactly why you are choosing Newark, I would also look at JFK or LaGuardia airports as well to see if you could get a better price/schedule.

The service is about the same. I would look at a few factors such as the ticket price, flight times and what type of aircraft is being used. I would rather fly on a larger mainline aircraft as opposed to a regional jet.

There's no such thing as a better flight to Newark. Least bad is as close as you get.

The one that does not forcibly offload you at takeoff time
