Is it weird that I like being on airplanes MORE than the actual vacation?
Being at airports, seeing people from different parts of the world together in one location, and the excitement of traveling is awesome. Going on airplanes is fun too because I'm high up in the air, about to go somewhere for vacation. But when I get to my destination, I feel less eager yet I don't know why. I just like being on airplanes. Sure, I like traveling around different countries and tasting different food, too, but being on airplanes is twice as fun for me.
I actually feel p similarly. I don't know if i like it better overall than a good trip somewhere, but there's something exhilarating about being up high and watching clouds go by, knowing it's jist cool science thats keeping you up. I have a lot of memories on airplanes and buses and stuff, sometimes more than the trip!
Actually I'm kind of like that in a way. I'm more into the take-off part of the flight as the airplane races down the runway and rotates. But then if I'm into a 16 hour flight, I'm ready to get off the plane after a few hours. Thankfully on long distance flights some airlines give you the personal in-flight entertainment system.
It's unusual, but not necessarily weird
I know how you feel
'Mildly unusual' is not the same as 'weird'.
Not weird. You just like being constantly "on-the-go". The hustle-and-bustle of watching people on the move to travel to different destinations is pleasing. I have similar feelings for trains, plus I like being in the financial district of a city. (I dig watching the displays of ticker information for various markets.)
In general, I think you like being caught in the flow of progress.
- Can an airline change your flight time more than 24 hours? I've heard that airlines can change your flight time up until departure. Can they change your flight more than a day before or ater your original flight was scheduled as this can be an inconvenience.
- Will it be weird going to Europe if you're Asian? I'm going to France and will go via Air France from the United States. And I'm also Chinese. Would it be awkward in the airplane? I mean, there's all these white people around, and then there's like me, a random Asian person on the plane and when I get to the airport in Paris. Will I get weird looks from people? I'm nervous and very shy.
- Is wearing pjs to the airport weird? I got a flight that is at 12 am, and I have this pj set of flannel bottoms and a t shirt. Would it be weird to wear this at the airport?
- What will commercial planes look like in near future like 2 years from now? Will hybrid airliner be mainstream widespread in our lifetime will hybrid airplanes mean the end of boeing 737 and Airbus a320 production will airlines stop buying fuel efficient planes like boeing 737 max airbus a320neo
