Should I consider becoming a pilot?

I have always had a passion for airplanes. I watch countless hours of videos on YouTube of planes taking off and landing. I would even spend my lunch hour watching planes take off and land at the airport that I used to live by. For that reason, I think I would truly enjoy waking up every morning and working as a pilot.

My biggest issue is that I have always had terrible pre-flight anxiety, especially during takeoff. Once we're in the air, I feel better. I even enjoy the landing.

I think my fear stems from not being in control and putting my "life" in someone else hands.

Anyone have any recommendations?

What to do with my suitcase?

So I'm going on a trip to Italy. The last time I went I flew from TN to NY then NY to Paris. But when I when I got to Paris I found out my suitcase was taken off the plane and was sent inside NY Airport and not on my plane. I had the ticket on my suitcase that said Florence Italy on it.

So my question is am I supposed to get my bags from the airport from the states and make sure they are on the plane or just go straight to my next gate and it's supposed to be put on each plane I fly

Anyone who flies regularly to different countries

I'm from London, England and I'm going to Lisbon, Portugal for one week and I booked a flight back home to London obviously. But I have change my mind and I want to go to Seville in Spain. I don't know how to cancel my flight to London and instead book one to Seville Spain. I've booked my tickets on skyscanner I'm using Ryanair to go to Lisbon Portugal and I'm using Wizz Air to return to London.

I want to go to Seville, Spain and stay there for 3 days. Then travel to Granada, and stay there for a few days. I would like to get a flight from Granada airport to Istanbul, Turkey and stay there some time and then come back to London.

How the hell do I do that?

Question about a weird flight delay yesterday and why it happened?

So yesterday I took a flight from Denver to Newark on United on a Boeing 738. We had to stop in Cleveland to refuel due to high winds on the way. That's strange though because Southwest Airlines also had a flight going from Denver to Newark leaving at the same exact time as my flight and using the same exact kind of plane, and that flight made it to Newark without issues. So tell me, why did my flight need a refuel and not the other despite the fact that both flights left from the same city, at the same time, on the same kind of plane, heading to the same city. I'm so confused please explain
