Is there any way to expedite the security screening at MXP airport in Milan, Italy?
I'm planning a trip to Italy next year, flying in and out of Malpensa (MXP). Is there any process that I can sign-up for, as a US citizen, that will expedited my entry into the airport for when I'm leaving the country? Something equivalent to our TSA PreCheck. I know I have Global Entry for when I land in the US, but I'm trying to get through the Milan airport faster and not have to wait in long lines if at all possible.
No, there's not
Probably not. But why not just ask the airport before you travel.
First Class and Business Class ticket holders often have their own dedicated VIP security lanes and many major European airports.
You certainly won't get any preferential treatment just because you're a US citizen.
If you're in such a hurry, why not book an earlier flight?
I'm currently not aware of any airport outside the US that have a program similar to that of the TSA Pre-✓. You may want to plan accordingly.
Of course not.
Aren't you special.
- Are there any free lounge areas at Tapei's (TPE) airport? I have over a 12 hour layover in Taipei and was just wondering if there would happen to be any reclining lounge chairs near the the gates in any terminals. They charge a ridiculous rate for their pay lounges so I was just curious as to whether or not they have complimentary recliners where you can sleep.
- Asthma suffers do you have any problems taking your inhalers through Airport security? I'm off to Canada tomorrow from Heathrow and I have packed two inhalers in my hand luggage, they are in a clear re-sealable bag, I don't have the original box or prescription. Should this cause any issues? Has anyone else had any issues getting inhalers through Airport security?
- Is there any way that I can hire someone to force the San Antonio International Airport to permanently shut down? I need to stop having my ears, heart, and mind blown out by the extremely loud, low-flying planes that practically hit my roof every minute (including in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep)!
- What airport does the registered mail coming from Italy to Houston, Texas arrives to? It arrives to one of NYC's airports and from there it is redirected to various states of the US? I'm just asking to understand what will be the path of the mail. Thanks, folks. Thank you very much Rona Lachat, for your answer! It's been very useful. The international mail office of Italy is probably located near to Malpensa Milan Airport (it is only that one for the whole country according to what I've read).
