Does San Francisco airport have a lot more international flights than Reno airport?
A) yes
b) no
When you answer, can you give me an explanation?
Yes.
It's a much larger airport serving a much larger population. You can do your own research if you want more specific information.
No because Reno airport gives out free ant milk to every arrival
Ahh delicious

Yes. Reno currently has 2 international flights whereas San Francisco (SFO) has a buttload more, approximately 50 international routes. San Francisco is a much larger city than Reno and a much more culturaly diverse city. Also a hub for many high tech and financial businesses which require nonstop international flights.
Yes. San Francisco is a larger city with a larger airport. There's more demand to fly into or out of San Francisco
Duh, huge hub airport on the coast vs little inland airport. The real explanation is common sense, which is not that common.
A) yes
Sorry I can't explain it in a way you could understand.
"A lot" is a hard thing to assign a specific number too.
Reno currently has about 200 international flights per year. That is a lot more than they had a few years ago when they had ZERO.
SFO airport has more International passengers than Reno has for total passengers both domestic and International.
SFO has about 20,000 International flights per year is that " a lot "?
There's an Airport that has about 10,000 flights per year. ALL of them are International,
That is a lot when measured as a % of flights.Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport
I see you are back but expanded into air travel from just public transit.
The answer is yes and it is because San Francisco is a much larger metropolitan population. Thus there's more demand for international flights.
Have never flown out of Reno
Have not flown out of San Francisco in years
But I would hazard a guess that SF has many more then Reno
As far as i know there are no direct international flights from reno anywhere. There aren't alot of
direct flights from reno to places in the us. Getting a flight anywhere from reno direct without a stop is very expensive. There are direct flights to some places but you pay a lot more to go direct from reno.
- Can an airline change your flight time more than 24 hours? I've heard that airlines can change your flight time up until departure. Can they change your flight more than a day before or ater your original flight was scheduled as this can be an inconvenience.
- Why do some people who book Frontier wait till they get to the airport to pay for checkin luggage when it's more than when you pay online? Like you have a small fee online. If you wait till you're at the airport it's a bigger fee. Are these people irrational?
- Is there any way that I can hire someone to force the San Antonio International Airport to permanently shut down? I need to stop having my ears, heart, and mind blown out by the extremely loud, low-flying planes that practically hit my roof every minute (including in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep)!
- Is it weird that I like being on airplanes MORE than the actual vacation? Being at airports, seeing people from different parts of the world together in one location, and the excitement of traveling is awesome. Going on airplanes is fun too because I'm high up in the air, about to go somewhere for vacation. But when I get to my destination, I feel less eager yet I don't know why. I just like being on airplanes. Sure, I like traveling around different countries and tasting different food, too, but being on airplanes is twice as fun for me.
