At Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, what time does the Delta ticket counter open?
The airport is actually Hartford even though it may be "located" in Windsor Locks. The ticketing hours is from 4:30AM-7PM
- Can i drop off my luggage at the ticket counter? I Have a flight from mexico city to Atlanta Georgia using southwest @ 2:45 p.m. Central time… I'm wondering if I can drop my bags off at the ticket counter like 5 or 6 hours before. I don't want to walk around the airport with all my luggage

- Open cigarette's in carry on luggage? I'm pretty sure cigarette's are fine in carry on but that accounts for an open pack as well, right? Obviously, am not bringing a lighter. - How does an international layover at ATL airport work? This is my first time having a layover on my way back from an international vacation. We're flying Aruba to ATL with a 1 hour 14 minute layover then ATL to MSP. How does this process work? We go through customs but will we have to recheck bags or go through security again?
