Traveling without a real ID?

I want to take a domestic flight to Louisianan in feb 2018 with New york drivers license. I'm really confused with the real id stuff. I have a work permit. Can i take a domestic flight with the combination of my New york DL and work permit? Will i have issues coming back at the new Orleans airport?

Too short to become a airline pilot?

Hello i'm 22 Female, African American 5"0 1/2, I've always wanted a career in aviation for the experience, love for aviation and to give the passengers a enjoyable flight. I thought about becoming a airline pilot. Because of my height i'm pressuming id benefit from working for a regional carrier such as Mesa Airlines, Compass Airlines, DBA Endeavor etc. Before I even consider this as a career field am i too short to meet the qualifications of a airline pilot?

Pittsburgh or Columbus as a airline hub?

If you owned an airline would you rather establish a hub in Pittsburgh or Columbus? Pittsburgh has more runways and can build more terminals. Since it's close to Philly the European market would be harder to attract but an Asian market could be good. One of the big downsides of Pitt is that the airport leaders have said they want to become more of a demand airport, and not a hub, which could change in the right situation. Columbus has more businesses and corporations but has a smaller airport with shorter runways. It could maybe be a big regional hub such as salt lake city is with some international destinations.

How long before a flight should I arrive?

I have a flight from Manchester airport to Munich, and then to Incheon (South Korea). The typical time to arrive before a short flight is 2 hours, whereas a long-haul flight is normally 3 hours before. My question is although my first flight is to Munich, would I still have to arrive 3 hours before as the connection flight is classed as, 'long-haul'? Or is arriving 2 hours before okay? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, I'm new to travelling alone and as travelling times to the airport would either allow me to get there 4 hours before the flight or 2 hours before, I would like to know if the latter choice is still safe for this kind of flight?

After a trip or vacation, do you ever eat at airport restaurants after flying into your home airport?

If not, why?

The other day I was waiting to pick up family members at my home airport and I ran into someone I went to school with working at an airport restaurant and he asked how I was doing and what I'm up to, so I stated that I was picking up family members that are flying in and the worker says "well hey you guys should come by for some dinner on your way out"

I just wondered if there's ever a possibility any of you eat at airport restaurants after arriving into your home airport.

What is the process of connecting different airplanes?

I'm planning a trip to China and Tokyo, my flights are round trip from JFK to xiamen China, and another round trip from xiamen to Tokyo. My trip back from xiamen to JFK is suppose to take off at 5:55pm on the 16th and my trip back from Tokyo to xiamen is suppose to land in xiamen at 1:25pm. When i land in xiamen from tokyo, after I grab my luggage, do I need to go to through immigration and exit the airport then go through regular check out or can I go through transfer without exiting the airport? I'm asking this because it's two separate flights purchased separately and i never done this, i usually have transfer flights usually on same airline so i'm not sure what the process is for this.
