How do airports handle flight delays and cancellations?

It happened twice to two people i knew. My friend was going from San Francisco to Manila and when she was in the airport, her 9am flight got delayed by two hours and when it was 10:30, they delayed it again. The flight was delayed again and again whenever it was near the scheduled time. When it was 7pm and her flight was changed to 8pm, it was cancelled. She waited hours for nothing! I'm thinking that the airport should cancel a flight once it'd delayed four hours over its original time.

Boeing 737 Baggage/Cargo Loading Sheet?

I need a B737 (400+ series) loading sheet for baggage. Not the pilots sheet but the one that ramp agent leads use.

I forget to photocopy some while working at the airport recently with Swissport.

Is it possible to work 2 jobs at the same airline?

I'm currently studying aircraft maintenance engineering (EASA) and will be starting my pilot training next year. I was just wondering if the airlines would hire me as a pilot and an aircraft mechanic? I mean i could be working as an aircraft mechanic when i'm not flying.

Is this possible? Also, what category of license would be beneficial for me if I'm going to be a pilot.

Added (1). UPDATE***---- CORRECTION***---- Also, what kind of *aircraft mechanic license* would be beneficial for if i'm going to be a pilot

I'm planning on buying a ticket to visit my friend in Indianapolis from Dulles International Airport but I don't know what I need

I'm planning on buying a ticket to visit my friend in Indianapolis from Dulles International Airport but I don't know what I need! - 1

Added (1). So, I'm in college and I've been saving money to visit my friend in Indianaplis. Only thing is I don't know anything about going on an airplane. My passport expired 4 years ago so will my drivers license be sufficient? How early should I show up to the airport? What should I expect? I know everyone is thinking I should figure everything out on my own, but by asking on here this is me finding out "on my own."
