Will flight prices go down?

So I'm trying to get a flight ticket and I called the airline today to purchase them through the phone and I asked the guy if the tickets would go lower later and he said that it's very unlikely for them to go cheaper that on the contrary they might go up. And I was stupid and didn't buy them cause I have faith they will go lower. But I just checked and they are like $80 more. What do I do? Should I wait for them to go lower or just buy them now? I read that Thursday's are the worst day to buy them cause it's when airline raise their prices the most. Also the site says that tickets are expected to go higher. My trip is for the 25th of July btw. It's soon

I'm going to be traveling from Vietnam to the US next week, and I have a few questions to ask?

I'm traveling with All Nippon Airways, which allows me to accompany my 9 year old brother without any charges, but our last connecting flight is with united and they do require children 12 and under to pay a $150 fee for some service. I've been trying to book this service but haven't been able to contact any offices at all. All the numbers I call are invalid and I have no idea who to talk to. My question is, do airlines verify your age before boarding, and if not, could I just board with my brother? I'm 16, and turning 17 in September.

Are 3rd party airline ticket sellers reliable?

I recently used a company called flightskart to book a flight to Miami with American Airlines. I received a confirmation email with details of my purchase, but the money hasn't been deducted to my account and I've started to read awful reviews about this particular reseller. I'm wondering if I should call the airline to confirm they have received the request or contact the 3rd party site directly.

What would be the best option while I travel?

I want a dog but I go on holiday a couple of times a year what would be better

A. Go on 2 holidays that are 3-4 weeks long per year
B. Go on 3-4 holidays that are 2 weeks long per year

I will arrange for someone to stay at my house while I'm away. I have been given names for sitters who sit for friends/families pets. I also live close to a vet and my aunt lives close by incase of real emergencies.

Note. I do go on a couple of national holidays and for those they will join me.

No I can't take them on my international holidays because I don't trust airlines and I live in Australia and I can't drive across the ocean

If I decide to get a puppy I won't go at all until they are 12-18 months of age.
