Tobacco in hand luggage?

I'm going to Czech tomorrow and would like to bring back some tobacco, preferably 250g.
Problem is, we're departing from a small airport when we fly back to London and they don't have cigarettes/tobacco in their shops.
Can I buy the tobacco in town and put it in my hand luggage as that's all I'm taking

Will I be stopped at security for having it?

Are fruits allowed in your carry on bag?

What about some cans of beans and ravioli?

i'm flying from Switzerland to London with Easyjet airlines. I'm gonna go to london for a weekend. And i wanna save as much money as i can. So i wanna bring some cheap foods. I don't wanna buy there because i think london is expensive, even the groceries. And pounds are very high in currency value. Even quite higher that swiss francs. So i wanna just buy my fruits and canned foods from here. And eat it when i get to london. But is fruits and canned foods allowed on board?

Is there a shortage of airline pilots in the us and worldwide?

If this happens will there be no planes taking off due to pilot shortage in the future

Will there be no airplanes operating in the future due to pilot shortage because i like flying because i can reach my destination quicker. And flying is the safest form of travel

What kind of degree do Airlines want to see on a resume?

My end goal is to have a ATP license and fly cargo for UPS or FedEx (or someone), getting there's not my actual question. Like it says above, besides having all my ratings and certifications, what kind of degree do airlines look for when they hire? Do they want Associates or Bachelors? Do they want it in Aviation or would any degree be fine?

Currently am pursuing a BA in Transportation and Logistics Management with a focus in Aviation Transportation from American Military University. (They are more legitimate than people think… Stay on subject please) I have been told they just want something that is in the realm of aviation or something that affirms my intelligence. Let me know what you guys think.
