How are flights to foreign countries from some international airports announced in different languages, is it translated or spoken itself?

In some international airports, such as London Heathrow, flights to countries that speak other languages, are said once in English, the official language of the UK, and then once in another language if that country speaks a different language. Is it recorded and translated or spoken by the person itself. Also, its done right after its said in English.

Added (1). I mean if the flight when announced in the language other than the native language, is recorded and translated or spoken itself.

Has anyone gotten a connected flight, far from home, but it connected to an airport near your homw?

Has anyone gotten a cheap flight, thats kinda far from your home, but it connects to a airport near your home? My question is, I want to get a flight that the airport is about 3 hours away. But it's cheaper than the airport near my home., But it connects to the airport near my home, so instead of driving 3 hours I would drive 40 minutes and get on the plane there, is that able to work? Or no? Lol

Question for new flight attendants?

How long did it take to hear back from the airlines you applied to? I applied to 5 airlines last month. UA, I completed a video interview, haven't heard back. AA, I completed the personality assessment, haven't heard back. Spirit and GoJet haven't responded at all. Frontier is the only one that responded saying they chose a different candidate. Will the other 4 airlines at least send me something saying they chose someone else?

Also, I signed up to receive notifications about new job listings at United. They sent me a message today saying they were hiring at each of their hubs. The position I initially applied for said ORD. Wondering if I should apply for the FA jobs at all the other hubs as well?
