When booking on RYANAIR, there doesn't seem to be a discount if you book a return ticket as opposed to booking 2 single tickets. Right?

With most airlines, you get a discount in ticket fare if you buy a return ticket, say from London to Madrid, instead of buying two single tickets, say from London to Madrid and then Madrid to London.

But with RYANAIR, it doesn't seem to make a difference ticket price wise if you buy a return ticket in this scenario or if you buy 2 single tickets.

Is this true? This is the conclusion I have come to going through their website.

It might be because they are a budget airline.

Are pen knives legal in california?

Is it legal to carry them around as a self defense weapon?

Also what if I need to take it with me when I travel? It's metal so it can't get passed the metal detectors at the airport, but it looks like a pen until you open it up so will they assume it's a normal pen and let me keep it with me?
